Also you can always do another method and do bottom watering when you wanna give it water!
You just take the plant and inner pot out from the decorative pot and put it in a little bath of water for 9-8 minutes or so, it's cool to see the plant drinking the water up😂

Btw guys, if you're trying to mimic the twewy style, they use a greyish purple color in 'multiply' layer to do the shading. The value here isn't exact, but close for the in-game sprites. They use a darker shade for stuff like official art usually, but still the same method.

So it seems like it works better with more "pure" colors. My method is usually just using a darker shade of the color I'm shading with (first 2 are Darken, next 2 are Multiply)

Boo, spooky!

This is an unexpected result of a coloring method I use sometimes. I first filled different parts of a character (mane, head, forelocks, etc.) with shades of grey, then started to paint actual colors and accidentally got this Zalgo-like effect.

I zapped all the stray pixels PLUS any 'corner connections' I spotted. I chose this work because I wanted to see how this method worked on painterly images with fewer outlines. It also has more single pixels than most of my work, for more contrast between the two versions 1/6
