This piece ended up being much harder to draw than I anticipated. I struggled with style and voice, wanting to push cartoonyness and kid lit aesthetics more, but it contrasts a lot with the mortal danger of the original painting

"ArtFight style comms" are a little simpler & smaller (also square) than my regular pieces & look a lil more cartoony cause I use thicker lines :D!
It's the style I use for the ArtFight event!
