Happy birthday to the best episode of Doctor Who, IMO. Heaven Sent had me in tears the first time I saw it and inspired so much of my art but more so my writing. I’ve got the “What If” version in Time’s Mirror / Arrow but I see traces of that castle in my original novel too.

These 2 works by @johnreuss and @Lbank_ speak to each other. Not only because of their coincidentally similar structure, the shattered bodies are enraptured and seem to be an intimate mirror. Single works are merely fragments of their creators. We all collect shards.
I originally learned how to color traditionally with markers and pencils. It feels nice mirroring my original skill set in digital.
