A difference engine is an automatic mechanical calculator traditionally computed by hand. In 1822 Babbage proposed automating it to reduce errors. After he died, his son completed this part.

A rice cake made with glutinous rice flour, coconut milk, margarine, & sugar. Traditionally cooked in clay pots lined with banana leaves. Can be topped with salted egg & cheese. Usually eaten during the Christmas season. 🎄
