Nope. Oddly enough I think that concept was first explored with Shattered Glass. Transformers did a LOT of time travel, but dimension travel was pretty limitted in G1. The first "Mirror universe" comes from The Killing Jar. But it's just a universe of different colours

I gave zero percent effort on the hands? She's just got some bread nubbins. You can tell how much energy energy have to put effort into drawing hands by how good they come out. . .if I I draw them.
