We agreed the piece was missing yharnamites in the streets so I roughed them in and painted the brick archway using a pack of free gouache photoshop brushes (something which I had little experience with and some trouble utlizing) The blue characters were for scale

Got obsessed watching a lot of Gouache painting videos on YT, and got inspired to do a Studio Ghibli study.

I just started painting with Holbein gouache. Pricey but seems excellent(I’m a gouache noob). But it’s so opaque and heavily pigmented. I’m really enjoying it!
