Her passing hit me very suddenly, I was in school working when I found out. She has been an artist I've looked up to for years and its sad to see that she's gone, but she is no longer in pain and she fought well.

My tribute for . Her paintings of crying stars and freckled galaxies was a big inspiration in this piece. It’s so sad that we can’t be blessed by more of her work but I hope she rests in peace.
