i don't like it more than the alolan decidueye but i think its pretty neat! this one makes it feel like the entire line should have gotten hisuian forms. it doesn't feel like the regular dartrix would evolve into this tbh. its signature move is the best out of the three starters

Hisuian Decidueye really grew on me in the 60 hours it took to beat Legends. Definitely the best of the starters just wish it used its wings more often for attacks as a fighting type and all.

Now that the official art is out, I can finally and accurately say what I like and don’t like about these designs. HONESTLY, in spite of the leaked models that drastically undersold these starters, these are among the best designed and most inspired of the series so far.
