Alien Syndrome

Aliens meets Gauntlet with a bit of Ikari Warriors thrown in - what's not to like? A combination of exploration & frantic blasting action with some great & gruesome graphics, this is brilliant - esp. in 2-player co-op mode.

I mostly focus on OCs and pinup-style drawings of said OCs, as well as developing lore for them.

Starquake

This excellent arcade adventure is great fun thanks to its brilliant design & instantly addictive gameplay. Lovely sprites (esp. the cute B.L.O.B.), ace graphics, excellent controls, & super playability make Starquake a super star!

BMX Simulator

Like most 80s kids, I ❤️computer games & BMXs (I had a Raleigh Burner if you want to know!) so I loved this. A sort of Super Sprint on bikes, it’s loads of fun - esp. when played with a mate - and at £1.99 it was incredible VFM.

We also explored various iterations of character designs and outfits. I wanted something floating (no walk cycle), genderless, simple silhouette (esp. for mobile), and some wind-swept detail (eg. cape/scarf). Journey came to mind as a constant reference.
