Cerebella from Skullgirls is one of those "Grapplers but with lots of tools" characters that makes her pretty viable in a lot of areas. She's certainly one of my favorites to play

I was never into grapplers until I played SnK games. A KoF grappler is a blast to play and O.Yash is without question my favorite.

Iron Tager (BlazBlue Central Fiction)
BBCF is full of funny gimmick characters, but none are as amusing to me as Iron Tager. Iron Tager is a grappler in a game where normally, that would suck. But the ability to magnetize and pull in opponents allows for insane comebacks.

I talked about this last stream but is it me or are all Luchadores in fighting games kinda cracked? Like they move way faster then regular grapplers, wall jump, and have moves that make them move faster and can lead to a hit or command grab! That’s kinda crazy!

As someone who doesn't consider himself an artist, designing game characters was always pretty hard for me.

I had this dude sitting around my files since 2015 with like 80 pages of lore and I often think "Yo maybe this shaggy grappler with extra limbs still has a chance!"
