I like looking at references because it helps me memorize the shapes and patterns of a thingy I want to draw. Hell, for some drawings I use myself as a reference!
Example: for these two drawings, I had somebody take a picture of me in the poses you see below. I learned a lot.

So for science class or learning about cells we had an acronym to memorize what they're characteristics which is MR. RAGU. And when I heard that this is what I thought of. my teacher totally said that I should make it into a drawing. It almost looks like what I thought of.😂😂
