Modeler might get something like this handed off to them, especially with an established set of assets with a known family of materials and decals. The model I hand off is light and modular. Bigger orgs will have more formal processes for such handoffs

I'm an artist, 3d modeler, animator, speedrunner, speedcuber, programmer, musician, editor and more
Vtuber for 9 years but only around 2 as ENVtuber
And I think I'm funny...kinda...[insert poop joke]
It's really nice to be able to go from rough to a basic 3D model to check things out from different angles and minimize the amount of guesswork the modeler has to do while still giving them leeway to do things as they see fit
