Carving bays have cranes + towers to support the enormous corpses brought in. Once a monster has been carved to pieces, it is taken to the killhouses and butcheries where they are processed for sale. Meat, oils, hide & armored scales, as well as bones & teeth are all valuable.

An unusual absorption through lamia's tail's cocoon!

Some lamias can absorn their prey like this, without needing to swallow them first. As long as the prey is 100% enveloped in coils, this method can be used.
