I really like how RE3R Jill looks similar to her render from RE3 but more realistic. The same goes for Chris in RE7 i like how he's similar to his render from CV but just older.

No Chris does not look like a different person every appearance. His look does change up a bit but that's due to age and different graphics from gen to gen. Aside from his earliest of appearances and RE7 he's largely been pretty much been the same.

Blue Umbrella (Spencer's emblem?), as known from RE7, seems to have been an idea back in the RE4 beta/DMC phase. The blue logo can still be found on flags and doors in DMC1.
The wings concept was later added to the BSAA logo in Umbrella Corps.

I wish they'd kept the ghost lady from RE7's demo. She's creepy as fuck and everyone working together to try and find every appearance was awesome. The fact that we don't even know who she is (it's not Mia, it's a unique model that doesn't appear elsewhere) is super unsettling.
