i started doing this a few years ago as a 'shortcut' to shading actually! swaths of airbrush and then cut out the light and then i'll go back in with a hard brush to detail out darker areas. it was much easier for me than always thinking about where the shading should go lol https://t.co/oXy04biaVW

So I've been using the controller along with my mouse for the past few weeks. I wasn't sure if it was gonna work well with pixel art but it surprised me how much faster it made me work! Literally have all my most used shortcuts in the palm of my hand lol. It's great.

just to clarify this part tho bc that’s how I am, I didn’t trace it or anything. i never do that with my work??
line for line when it doesn’t even match up at all? bit rude imo. Ik some folks have shortcuts to help them, but I don’t.
I understand nonetheless tho 👍🏼

Of course this mostly when applying my usual shading stuff (CSP watercolor brush, hardlight shadows) and applying basic blue to where the glows are.

Blend layers aren't a shortcut, they're tools that you can combine together.

The underground paths are deadly for mice who ignore the shortcuts under the rails. His guide and companion for the journey, fortunately, was from the tribe of those who lived by the rails, rangers and guards of that mysterious frontier that separated the realms.

Another Mumak drawing someone encouraged me to finish.

Still a novice with Clip Paint Studio. I’m not as well adjusted to the shortcuts and layers as I am with photoshop, I’m working with different brushes for the coloring
