Oui tout à fait 👍 Méditer dans la constance, c’est vouloir se maintenir dans l’harmonie. On est tellement faible, qu’un coup de vent nous couche à terre. Méditer, c’est reprendre la paix de l’esprit, là où on l’avait laissé.
