I definitely have weak wrists and also carpal tunnel but the stretches are pretty much the same either way! Only other one I do is holding the arm loosely out and rotating my wrist towards my pinkie (like you’re backhand slapping the air is how I was instructed 😂)

As we gear up for another surgery for the hubs (help alleviate carpal tunnel pain keeping him from functioning) and an ever encroaching move, just keeping the lights on has been a struggle. If you need graphics work, hit me up. I wouldn't turn down a coffee either.
