This is a guess, how does John James Audubon look? Thanks,

Everything's going to be ok! I found a species called a "Med Squirrel" in the Index of Audubon's "The quadrupeds of North America", but the actual description calls it a "Red-Souirrel" [sic].

I updated my 🐊
He's originally an attempt to design Alastor with an animal motif that makes sense for New Orleans, the famous Albino Alligator in Audubon.
Now he's trying to kill Al instead, hahaha, that's just to jumpstart Alastor's redemption.

Fascinating! I always enjoy visiting the Oak Room in Liverpool Central Library to see which page is open of Audubon’s Birds of America.
I also devoted a page to his work in my Liverpool Liver Birds poetic picture book. https://t.co/BkWDoPrZgb
