I really hope it’s ok to suggest a few things. Other artists may well disagree ! I am hopeless with digital art but it was just a case of strengthening the foreground tones . Leaving the background muted to bring the foreground forward.

I hear no one talk about this cool stylistic choice Araki does, where characters in the foreground have thicker lines but more washed out details. It draws ur attention to their reactions even with other stuff happening
