We made a whole subclass for Barbarians dedicated to taking punishment and feeding off of it. Still something I quite enjoy. These One More Thing releases really let us stretch our legs.

Was thinking about that when they're little, Exothropeans don't really use thier back legs. It takes a good 3-5 years for thier muscles to develop enough to stand so they kinda just use thier main arms to crawl around and hold on to thier parents during those years
