Another thing I think more cel shaded skins should have is this softer look. Like newer skins have these softer lines and shading that looks pretty cool
@jaicreazytif took on the assignment & refined Spy-Ken to the way she is now in the movie. It's such a cool look. The eyes are like CCTVs. The top of the bill is made to look like a mic's surface. The blue throat pouch is an audio visualizer.

@V1P3RRR It should really be purple/pink since that's the color that Haimura seems to have intended. It's even present in her post lost arm look.
Look at the Meltdowner eye, it's the same color. The arm would whitish blue though.
Husbando suggested to add a white outline in order to make characters pop more. I was a bit skeptical but I actually like this look. It gives the comic a more cartoony vibe which I really appreciate 😊
