I combined the Day 2 and 3 prompts for language and fruit! Writing Telugu and Kannada feels almost other-wordly, it's like I'm inscribing old runes. My knowledge of my mother and father tongues are disjointed and incomplete, leaning romantic.

My current favorite Vietnamese word is “lông bông”. “Lông” means fur and “bông” is synonymous with flowers, but together they signify that spell when young adults haven’t yet settled down and are still fooling around.
