X-Men (Sept1967) #36
The X-Men must stop a rampage in "Mekano Lives!" Script Roy Thomas, Penciler Ross Andru, Inker George Roussos: X-Men begging for plane fare and a spoiled rich kid villain? Not one Thomas-Andru’s best. 2.5/5
So all these characters were designed by @theceoofdeath for the pages he did at the start of Ch5. They all turned out great! He also penciled this character sheet.
Side note: This is the first time Fry's penciled an issue in... forever! How I've missed these anime furries.
Avengers (Sept1967) #44
The Avengers go tho the aid of their captured comrades in "The Valiant Also Die!" Script Roy Thomas, Penciler John Buscema, Inker Vince Colletta: Behind one of Buscema’s best covers is an Avenger-packed adventure, with one surprising sympathetic foe. 4/5
@Baleandor I found the piece.Voodoo I wasn't even penciling at this point. I'd drawn just a few comic drawings. I threw in a Everquest piece too. I penciled and Jim inked! Maybe from a year later. I can't remember. You can see my style overall has stayed consistent. Kinda Mignola-esque
First it was penciled magnificently by @CaseyMaloney. Then @keaneink took over, dropping luscious inks over Casey's pencils. Now #LuisAntonioDelgado is on the scene to give this 2-page spread from #TMNT Annual 2021 -- Prelude to #TheArmageddonGame the gorgeous colors it deserves!
The Amazing Spider-Man (2018) #56
Norman and Harry Osborn deal with their their past. Writer Nick Spencer, Penciler Mark Bagley, Inkers Andrew Hennessy & John Dell, Colorists Rachelle Rosenberg & Edgar Delgado: I like the intent of Last Remains, more than the execution. 3/5
Conan The Barbarian #20
Conan and Meiwei fall in with a band of insurgents. Writer Jim Zub, Penciler Cory Smith, Inker Roberto Poggi, Colorist Israel Silva: I like the subtleties in the representation of this more worldly Conan, without sacrificing his savage core. 4/5
Here's a Cable collaboration I did with my good bud @AaronConley77. We each penciled a Cable, then inked the others' pencils. Then, big surprise, I colored them.

Creating characters is one of my favorite things ever. Here I penciled and inked my superhero Blackmass, after which colorist Bryan Magnaye made it look a lot better. Thanks, Bryan! What would I ever do without all these awesomely talented people around me?
For the process folks - here are my tiny sketchbook layouts dropped into a page template and penciled over in Photoshop now ready for inking.
The last one, "Samuree". Had a cover that made me think of something from Northstar or Rebellion kind of a mix of Tim Vigil and Mark Texeira. The interiors are penciled by Rodolfo Damaggio with inks by Saw Nan and Neal Adams.
Sure it was the 20th anniversary of ZIM, but did you know it’s the 15th anniversary of ham drunk @RikkiSimons becoming a Ham Chamber? I think the perfect celebration would be for @essrose to rerelease the Ham Chamber print, a thing of terror.

Avengers (2018) #39
A million years ago, the Phoenix was born. Writer Jason Aaron, Penciler-Inker Dale Keown, Inker Scott Hanna, Colorist Jason Keith: Despite the fact this is an issue-long prologue, I found myself engaged; in no small part due to Keown’s immaculate art. 4/5
Posted this pretty late last night. This comes with the original penciled page that it was light boxed from as well as a colored signed 8-1/2 x 11 print on some cheap photo paper signed as well...lol https://t.co/u68kNb7Hht
This volume will include some of the Junior Woodchuck stories written and penciled by Carl Barks in the late 1960s/early 1970s, with finished art in Barks's style drawn by Daan Jippes nearly 40 years later!
