@lianakangas When I have an injury from drawing (and I get them a lot), I look up a diagram of the muscles and try to figure out which one it might be. Then you can look up videos on YouTube with specifics like “rhomboid muscle release stretches.” *Or* you can go get a good pro massage. ;)
