My thoughts: Finn always was a Jedi, in the EU - his name was Kyle Katarn. A stormtrooper that defected to rebellion after witnessing the empire’s brutality, he stole Death Star plans, foiled dark trooper program, & became respected Jedi. Boyega would’ve done the role proud.

I love the Sequels, I really do.
But Finn will go down as one of the biggest missed opportunities of the franchise, right along side Boba Fett.
