Not sure about year but era wise it seems largely inspired by the mid to late middle ages/medieval period. Some hairstyles are indicative of this; with Ininia's hairstyle being reminicent of "cornettes" and Tetia's princess outfit having her hair in buns + a hairnet/"bosses" /c
