The Batman (Cartoon) is still one of the coolest looking Batman cartoons that came out. Love the designs of the characters and the weirder more acrobatic take on the Joker. I like thag the Joker can actually fight too.

there is nothing wrong with the original artwork, the eye is off-center because the character is off-center. forcing symmetry just makes it look weirder.
