@G0ffThew She's not a "legend" in the way that a lot of the names being thrown around are, but I just really like Kei Sasuga who wrote Good Ending and the infamous Domestic na Kanojo. Her writing style is just incredible to me in how distinctly human all the characters feel.
@G0ffThew I really appreciate Akira Amano, she’s the creator of Hitman Reborn and EldLive and I believe she has one of the most distinctly soft art styles and has an ability to create such lovable and memorable characters.
She’s created some of my favorite stuff and she rocks for that
@johanvinet Sword of Mana had some of my favorite examples of this because the palette swap was so distinct.
Just one good sniff is all I ask... 👃 #ferrets
Redraw of an old comic of mine from 2019 (seems like ages away now). While my style has come a long way, some things haven’t changed too much! I definitely think that ferrets have a more appealing and distinct designs now.

Odessa 11, "Sojourn" / Doom II / 1995 / by Bob Evans
A sprawling adventure through a series of large, distinct chambers. Nearly half of the level is secret and dedicated to the acquisition of a tantalizing BFG pickup seen early on.
orc sketches, trying to figure out how to make them distinct to normal orcs, but i swear its not that easy
Process pics going from Matt’s lines ... with greyscale lighting and color pallete by PS13 ... the result is a distinctly stylized and quasi realistic old film stock / 2D anim aesthetic ... back TOZ today !! https://t.co/2syNHZex21
This panel/frame is one of my favorites in all of dragon ball. It's got a playfulness to it that is distinctly buu saga. I love Gokus pose in particular and the whole idea of the attack is fun
i had no idea this was all the same person until now, its pretty obvious though now that im looking at it? they have a pretty distinct art style? (Mine Yoshizaki)
@Dark_TossEXE @sukoshi_kaze completely case by case. If you're taking inspiration from an established character and making an OC with some similar characteristics and/or personality traits, it's fine as long as you put in the work to make that OC distinct.
If you're just making a glorified palette swap...
@IRL_Musashi “I-I don’t remember praising you so highly like that. I distinctly remember you causing me trouble back on my home world, albeit a different you.”
Z’s ahoge begins to move happily
“I prioritize my mission over any orders, and I’ll always remain at my best to complete it.”
Hachi - Donut Hole PV
I love hachi's pvs so much they're very stylized and this one ofc is a fave i love how the voca girls are such distinct characters even though they're not doing much in the pv. Bonus points for cross eyed rin
@swanbrosia hi i’m juna and im a transmasc indonesian artist!! i dont have a fixed/distinct art style so u could say that i’m pretty flexible ! :]
I never played the series, but my shading style is inspired by Persona's distinct style of hard cel-shading mixed with soft, subtle gradients that give them that distinct look
@calvinjedediah @withrrose Wilbur doesn't own the plot to the dream smp. Wilbur doesn't write phil's character, wil doesn't write tommy's character. Philza has made the distinction that tommy isn't his son AFTER wilbur said anything about the sbi dynamic, TO CLEAR IT UP. Leave dadza alone
Decided to make my Marvin's mask distinct from the canon mask. Rather proud of it honestly.
Inspo to do so thanks to @inspiredrawAW with their recent changes to theirs.
@dorriker I mean, I already have some robot characters, but they have a distinct contrast between organic characters
One of the things that I think was a smart move on DC's part is that they had Amethyst dye her hair in Young Justice (2019) to make her more distinct
