Following on from my previous thread, I’m pleased to present here the entries for African-American artists & printmakers, created by my undergraduate art history research methods class this spring:

Nice to meet you! I am a PhD candidate studying the genetic and ecological forces responsible for the diversity in fish anatomy. I use methods of visualizing anatomy, coupled with photography, to make sciart.

Trying out different coloring methods for study.
Studying works from Espen Grundetjern, and to see what I can come up with.

Yakuzilla: Mosura

Mosura is a public advocate, fighting for the environment through seemingly legal methods. However, she doesn't just dot her i's and crosses her t's. She is a master of bribery, blackmail and money laundering.

A bit of style practice for the upcoming Goddess series, also the first time I've ever really combined digital and traditional methods.
I'm really happy with the outcome though!
To be honest I kept trying to press undo during the pencil phase though, darn habits.

Thank you so much for this thread!

I began thru traditional methods, so here's a drawing from 2013 and another one (Tokyo Ghoul) from May 2018.
I only went digital last December 2018. My Madoka Fanart is the best so far, I think. I still got a long way to go! (/^o^)/

As a true love fan, do you know how prevents sunburn?

My idols generally use physical methods to prevent sunburn.
(This question is too simple)

Ahem, I use Bioderma to prevent sunburn~

You are free to agree or disagree with our conclusions, but if you're going to disparage them at least do so with our actual methods. I do not trade on 'smudges of pixels' OR nebulous color schemes. THESE are the anomalies I identify as proof of post-production editing.

Following the thing that I said in the last post, I'm here trying new methods to be on a regular time basis.⁣

Alastor is just seeing something, what do you think he is seeing?? 👀⁣
