Remember how there was a poll to pair Gintoki with the winner on a cover of WSJ? A version with Yamazaki and Takasugi almost existed. Hijikata won so they didn’t get printed but the preview is there. Also a cool Shiroyasha color page was made to celebrate the poll participation.
