here a fast nice example of pointing out certain colors, this is a piece with limited color palette with perfectly placed pixels if you zoom in you can pinpoint each color and such so it is pixel art. :)

Star ocean has a lot of complex character interaction strength so it’s disappointing to see basically none of that in this game save for Miki who I liked the most. Just a lot of uninspired writing that didn’t seem like it made it through enough edits
