something new I've been blocking out for a few nights (most of it has been done tonight). Inspired by seeing studio spaces from day. It's inspired by an actual photo mixed in with things from my own imagination of my old studios :). enjoy this progress shot.

Nekros Warmaster "Progress Despite Everything" skin. The anatomy is goofy and the lighting is whack but I'll try better next time. Experimented on just blocking colors and refining infinitely. Many pros as there were cons but lotsa new things learned!

I’ll include a before and after...
first pass was just blocking in the shapes (not shown here), and then the second pass (first picture) was putting down the colors I wanted.
Finally, the third and last pass was laying down the paint thicker, and creating stronger shapes.

For the first blocking, took me 3 hours to figure its proportion and anatomy, almost the same principles on the werewolf... so i borrow its hands as the base and add pinky. I decided to use the spheres primitives techniques. We'll make him awesome! Cheers guys!
