I very much prefer BDSP overworld sprite since it's literally a perfect representation of the original sprite.
They always looked like this, what did you expect if you didn't like the normal sized overworld models in SWSH.
The environments actually beautiful aswell.

The environments remind me a lot of the Italian children illustration masters like Gianni De Conno, Paolo d'Altan and Paolo Domeniconi. I don't know if had them as a reference but I'm glad they kept that aesthetic we Italians are very familiar with.
