One of my favorite is "The Emperor's New Clothes." I just love the premise of this story. Where a pompous King believes he's parading around the finest material; invisible to all who are stupid or incompetent. When in reality he is just a naked fool.

As a child I was always enchanted by the tales of Hans Christian Andersen, my favourite being the story of The Ugly Duckling. A classic tale of rejection, resilience, hope and redemption and of course, the power of transformation.
