I had a period of time I made sketchy lineart (used to do very clean lines) and instead focused on shading and color. Also lineless art looks cool too but requires a lot of time. Now I can do again some nice lines but that is boring.

The entire lineart was so atrocious that I scrapped it.
Twice…!

They were the crappiest comics I’ve ever drawn.

So I redrew the whole thing on Procreate!

Happy Valentine's Day floofs! To celebrate, and I did a collab where we each draw a cute date scene and colour each other's lineart! Here is the first half of the collab, Akihaza's lineart was so fun to colour 🐱💚🌿

This took about 15 hours of work, with a lot of trial and error. The steps were: sketch, frame planning, lineart, coloring and shading of Karthus, adjustments of the wraith paths & detailing, draw background, separate Karthus into parts for fabric animation, bloom effect.
