He's an intimidating presence throughout the game. His theme is amazing and recognizable even to those who haven't played. Ppl lost their shit when he was in Smash. Such a good villain!

Dr. Slone - For the leader of IO I expected her to look more intimidating. She's dressed like a Magic School Bus character but she isn't terrible. The comics and quests have also made the design grow on me
