Therapy and counselling that’s evidence based is not accessible to me here in Canada. Anyway it’s part of a system of abuse and oppression. Psychiatry is abusive. The recovery AA community is a cult. So I had to figure stuff out on my own. And I did. Cuz I’m smart like that.
