Watanabe Shinpei is a harder name to track since they, apparently, use a pen name now.
As 渡辺眞平, the works they have been credited for are 'Fumetsu Reikon Honebi-chan', published in Jump GIGA 2019 WINTER Vol. 3, and 'Tsugimagi no Makkai', from Jump GIGA 2019 SUMMER Vol. 3.
'Maho Shonen X' was their entry for the 12th Golden Future Cup in 2017, losing to the current mangaka of 'Ruri Dragon', Masaoki Shindo!
After first appearing in Jump GIGA 2019 SUMMER Vol. 1, 'TOKYO GRIND HORROR CHANNEL' would be reworked and republished in Jump Issue #48 2019.
