I think Scourge was an interesting character and we haven't heard from him in years!

Smeargle, a pure normal type known as the Painter Pokémon. It uses it’s tail like a paint brush to mark it’s territory. Towns with a high population of Smeargle are covered in graffiti. I picked him for Ricky since he’s a painter in his spare time
