Black fans don't want black Kal-El because we would rather have Calvin Ellis, Val-Zod, or the incredible and underused Icon. We have more than one black Superman already and it appears WB just wants to save face by pandering to us instead of listening to us.

The fact WB is not using Calvin Ellis or Val-Zod proves that @WarnerMedia couldn't care less about black people. They don't want to waste time building their stories and give black folks the representation they need, like Snyder/Terrio/Fisher did it on ZSJL.
