Wanted to try some high key (white background) studio shots. Lighting these kinds of shots is a bit more subtle but the same techniques apply!

Then, use that layer as a gradient map. The next 3 pics is that gradient map on top of the original in different ways -
1. 50% soft light
2. 100% soft light
3. 75% overlay

i wanted it to be very subtle, so i went with the first. but its an easy way to add vividness.

I just found a brilliant body of work on .
does this freaking awesome glitch art, mainly using pixel sorting. His works are atmospheric and pack a subtle punch..I LOVE this one. If I had the funds I'd buy it.

A subtle departure of my style, wanting to show something with a bit more of an athletic body type.

17/18. There's only some subtle movement of his forearm, conveying just how tightly he's clenching that forward fist!

Fave Color Palette??

One of my favourite Kitamura books is I read it alongside Jane Doonan's & both of them showed me how subtle, deep & clever picturebooks can be in affecting the way we see and feel things in art.

A small neat thing (and definitely not out of laziness 😭) is I made Blythe and Bram mirrors of each other. Twin shit!

Everyone’s poses are kinda static and probably repeats of other art, but I put thought into where they’re looking and subtle expressions, etc. Enjoy!

Subtle growth is becoming comfortable in the way you draw a character 😮‍💨

Last year’s sweaty shoyo week vs this year’s uwu

to be fair, you have to have a very high iq to understand harley quinn. her humour is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of mental illness most of the jokes will go over a typical viewer's head. there's also harley’s cartoonistic outlook, which is deftly woven into her c

When you zoom in on the shopping cart or the background of "No Justice, No Peace." you'll notice a lot of those subtleties👁

Sometimes I wonder if me crushing on Charlie is autism-related.
Like, if you were hard of hearing, you'd want a partner that spoke clearly and had good enunciation?
I'd never have to worry about missing subtle clues, because there is nothing subtle here.

11. Another man. (Why?) Anyway, he is Russian and obscure. That is probably why. His name is Bauchaos https://t.co/HTfFTK4XAr and I went crazy about "Counting sheep". The monstrosity, the obscure. The subtle animation battling against the classic painting technique.

Throughout his artistic career, James Cowie stood apart from his contempories; he was less interested in colour than tone, and rejected bravura to pursue effects of subtlety and mystery. This is 'Bellshill Schoolgirl,' from around 1935.

In depth: Aiden’s outfits vary. He wears glasses which isn’t shown cause I haven’t drawn that grr. Ignore any inconsistencies like any colors (especially his hair) and any small design changes (like any spikes or obvious armor-plating since they’re more subtle now)
