During this years 28DL I decided to draw wasabi again using the same reference I used when I first drew it for the challenge back in 2016. I am so proud of my improvement. The materials have changed slightly but my drawing skills have improved immensely.

Another mermaid from the archives — this little lady relaxing in a hot spring was painted on a small wood panel, 4x4 inches if I recall correctly (she’s not in my hands anymore to measure), in 2016.

She has a really silly title that still makes me laugh: “Seafood Hot Pot.” 😅

Regardless, this colour palette and design lasted 4 years! I changed both his species (ferret-raccoon hybrid to black-footed ferret) to fit my story better and his colour changing was more just for fun lol

Found this old Steven Universe art piece I did back in 2016. Had this theory That White Diamonds Pearl was this Deadly battle worn Warrior who had intense hatred for Rose Quartz. BOI WAS I WRONG.
