Animators made little mistake. Hyoga wasn't suppose to be here. It was time before Gen met Senku. Anime by accident made it look like Gen noticed date after meeting with Senku. It was big meaning that Gen was interested in Senku before first meeting and not after Magma's attack.

If you’re interested in the basics and rules and things, I’d start researching the 12 principles of animation! I’d also buy the animators survival kit book! It’s terrific and I still use it

I've never been a fan of the tiny eyes design, but it usually looks way better in motion than in modern promotional art

The animators usually round out and widen the eyes while the stock artists make them weirdly long and skinny

This is maybe the biggest design nitpick I have
