I can't draw humans well. For a humanoid appearance think the loading screens from Nexus. Big muscly characters. He'd still have the grey skin and the black leaking galaxy hole. I say humanoid since he's a creation god and not a shapeshifting one. He needs a break from Nevada

-an indicator of how old they are. So assuming that becoming more humanoid is part of the growing process and taking into consideration how colossal the Boiling Isles is, it could be that the Titan was extremely old. Which is why he has the most humanoid form out of all.
