現在ある資料から推察するにこんなシステムの様でした(デザインは怪しい)
台車の手すりに引っ掛けたLEDパネルを裏返すと、闇ヴァージョンに変形！する仕組みみたいですね

作る人いる……かは分からないけど参考までに今回アクリル板は2mm厚、発光部はカッティングプロッタにてマスキング作成後、くもりガラス仕上げスプレーを塗付して作成しています
同様にルーター他ペーパー等で削るのも可。
あとはLEDで照らして完成です
