Before I show off my new model on stream, I want to have one before where I discuss the ins and outs of my og model. Its probably the only model I'll design and rig ever, so doing this would be a good send-off into semi retirement ig. I should probably start making slides😂

So today I was being happy how good rig my current (temporary) 2D model has and how excited I am to see the new one. I got told I should be in hurry to get that new model and rigging done because my current model isn't cute and that's why I'm not popular... 😔

rigify is a built in blender thing for complex rig stuff. its pretty cool - it gives you a very simple rig that you set up into position then click 'generate' and it makes the complex rig based on it

but then it deletes all the shapekey drivers bc it overwrites the complex rig
