As a fun fact Snowgrave wasn't really a Needlemouse copy per say, but I do admit it does take major inspiration from it
Only the first scene was done as far as I know, feels more gloomy than Needlemouse which is taking a more freaky approach than Snowgrave

From what i saw from his posts the approach is pretty simple: apply solid colors that fits the scene/characters, keeping these colors close to the lineart outlines. You can see this as something close to oldschool comics coloring approach but also reminds Miura's watercolors
