I was scrolling through the extras for the Violet Evergarden Gaiden BD and the main one that many stores are using variations of is an old illustration by Nami Iwasaki - one of the animators who adapted to intricate styles the best, and also one of the victims of the arson attack
No one asked me to, but I did it anyway. I watched Detective Conan and in this one scene animators overdone Kogoro's eyes. So I drew this art for fun. :')

I wanted to give a shout out to Bruce W. Smith. He's one of the coolest and best animators working today having directed Bebe's Kids, created The Proud Family, animated many characters at Walt Disney Animation Studios, and co-directed the short Hair Love. I really love his work.
