I've been working on making references for all my Tiefs, and so I thought I might also try out making simplified, almost chibi versions of them - something that is very much not my normal style. I started with Salius, and I've made him look more catlike with each drawing, so :3

Maybe you can experiment with dynamic poses? There's a lot of drama that can be found with fun poses and camera angles. I hear Morpho: Simplified Forms is a great resource, and I can personally attest to the value of Burne Hogarth's Dynamic Anatomy.

Here you can see my character receiving a more simplified hair style to fit with her somewhat lazy personality. Removing the silly overdetail from her horns, and the outfit I drew up got drawn by 2B_Labs in such a cute way.

Aside from the TBR trio's designs being more complex than intended, Roland not having any form of eyebrows was a mistake.

I simplified his stripes too much!

Granted, I've mildly remedied that issue using his forehead stripes, but folks may not notice it. xD
