gen 3 is a weird gen and it has always felt kind of "off" to me for reasons i can't quite explain. does have some delightful weirdos, though, as well as probably my only Normie pick in the entire series. props to banette and armaldo, which came close!

Mister Freeze is my other candidate for favorite Bat-villain. I like his animated look the best, no better way to let people know you're pissed off than to put mean eyebrows on your goggles.
